3. Refund Policy

3.1 Insurance Services for Retirees

Clients may request a refund within 14 days of purchasing any standard service. Approved returns are processed back to the original payment method within 30 days. Services may be rescheduled at no additional cost by contacting us through the contact form at least 48 hours before the scheduled date. Personalized risk assessment reports and other customized deliverables are non-refundable due to their tailored nature and the resources inv in creating unique content.

3.2 Informational Products

Digital guides and workshop access can be returned within 7 days provided no more than 10% of the content has been accessed or downloaded. Approved refunds are issued within 15 days. Alternatively, customers may swap their purchase for another digital product of equal or lesser value.

3.3 Physical Goods

Unused merchandise in original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective. Once received and inspected, refunds are issued within 15 days. swaps for different sizes or items are available upon request.

4. Transfer and Rescheduling

Requests to transfer or reschedule any service should be made at least 48 hours in advance via our contact form. Transfers made with less notice may incur a nominal administrative fee.

5. Changes to Terms

SafeNest Coverage reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes become effective upon posting to safenestcov.com. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
